In our Ayers Institute work, we encounter coaches who are highly skilled, but they often wonder if their coaching practice is indicative of best practices in the field of coaching. Join Dr. Karen Marklein as she facilitates the conversation focused on Best Practices in Coaching. We will learn about the inspirational, innovative leaders who blazed the coaching trail, consider the kinds of conversations coaches can expect to engage in, and explore various standards for instructional coaching. Dr. Marklein will also share a coaching self-assessment tool she designed specifically for this session.
