Julia Osteen is the Assistant Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning and Instructor of Education at Lipscomb University. Prior to coming to the CTL, she worked as the Technology Integration Specialist for the Ayers Institute where she coached College of Education faculty on their use of technology for learning. Prior to coming to Lipscomb, she worked in K-12 education for 27 years where she coached teachers on their use of technology. Osteen recently completed her doctorate in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb's Doctor of Education program.
