Educators need to be upheld as the content, curriculum, and pedagogical experts they are. This interactive webinar will focus on building educator agency through ongoing, embedded coaching as a means to promote educator agency. Join us to engage in practical strategies for communicating your belief that individuals are uniquely gifted to solve their own problems and own their own learning through mastery, autonomy, and purpose.

Dr. Michelle Hasty and Dr. Karen Marklein from Lipscomb University's Instructional Coaching Program will present current information and effective strategies.
