Living in a world of uncertainty creates barriers for learners. This is a challenge for educators and a challenge for students to access their educational needs. Students are receiving a hybrid of learning platforms creating instability in their learning environment. As counselors, we want to build resilience in students through a supportive, stable, and nurturing environment. Using research on resilience, we can cross-reference evidence-based strategies with what we are seeing in our school environment during the pandemic.
