This session will present research associated with the effects of adding Classroom Management and Organizational Training (COMP, developed by Dr. Carolyn Evertson) into the teaching residency portion of the Education Preparation Program and local K-12 systems near The University of Tennessee at Martin. Survey data will be presented that measures the impact of COMP training. The presenters will give a statistical analysis of multi-year survey results and describe the process of implementation.
