Worldwide Map of Earthquakes
This resource is an interactive world map with recent earthquakes plotted in color. Earthquakes that have occured as in the past few days are larger and more vivid dots than older quakes. The user can click on the map to zoom in on a location or enter a specific longitude and latitude.
This resource is a world map of recent earthquakes. The color coded key makes locating recent events easier. Once you locate an specific earthquake, by clicking on that location you pull up a table with the times of recent quakes in the area and their magnitude. This map could be used as part of a center or as a piece to explore plate tectonics.
