SymmeToy software
This is a free program for creating paint patterns, symmetry roses, tessellated art and symmetrically decorated 3D polyhedron models. The program appears to be easy to learn, as advertised, fun to use and includes extensive online help.
Allows students (or teachers) to create wonderful tessellated objects.
