ABC Songs
This is downloadable PDF document of ABC songs. Every letter of the alphabet is represented here on separate sheets, with a song featuring the letter in its lyrics, and each song features a character that students can associate with the letter they are learning, such as Tiggy Tiger, Andy Apple and Gertie Goose.
The songs help kindergarteners reinforce the relationship between the written letters of the alphabet and the sounds they make as they're repeated and emphasized in each song, and introduced vocabulary using these letters that their may or may not be familiar with. The fictional characters aid students' memory of each letter.
