Credible Sources Count! Interactive Tutorial
This student interactive tutorial addresses what makes a valid and invalid resource for academic research. It discusses the "what, why, when, how" of website evaluation in addition to the availability of other resources besides the Internet. This tutorial includes interesting facts, humorous illustrations, and a summary at the end of the tutorial.
This resource can be used as a differentiation method or for student reteaching of validity of sources. Teachers should incorporate this in a larger research unit and may choose to create a guided notes page in order to aid students in learning the content taught in this interactive tutorial.
