Observe Animations of Processes that Occur Along Plate Boundaries
Four different images show animations of what happens along different plate boundaries and seafloor spreading. The animations can be paused so students can make observations and illustrations of what is occuring as the boundaries move.
These four animations can be used at different points in instruction. It includes animations of transform, convergent, divergent boundaries movement and seafloor spreading. The animations are labeled with the kind of boundaries and the layers of the earth helping with vocabulary development. Since the animations can be paused, students can illustrate and explain what is happening at different points in the animations.
