This archive of questions comprised of vocabulary and grammar skills mirror questions found on standardized tests, including ACT/SAT and state EOCs. These questions come from articles from the NY Times, and although these articles are readily available in a link with the question, they are not necessary in order for questions to be answered accurately. Questions are updated regularly.
This resource can be used for test preparation in upper level English classes, including ACT/SAT prep courses. Test questions can be utilized as a weekly or daily exercise or in conjunction with the included newspaper articles, enhancing student interaction with nonfiction texts and allowing students exposure to current events.
