This link provides a PowerPoint concerning point of view. Definitions and examples are given on first POV, 3rd POV omniscient, 3rd POV limited, and 3rd POV objective.
Following the definitions/ example slides are short questions with answers to assess understanding of the skill.
This resource can be used as an instructional tool followed by a brief assessment. A teacher can use this to discuss various forms of point of view while the students take notes on a foldable. Upon completion of reviewing the PowerPoint, apply higher-order thinking skills by assigning students to write a short narrative in three different forms of point of view.
