Writing prompt: Careers and Weather
This writing prompt is easily printed off for students to complete. Students answer questions addressing the weather and how it affects certain careers. This could be given at the beginning of a series of lessons on weather and climate or used as a summative assessment.
This writing prompt can be modified depending on the weather you are experiencing in your city. You could have them imagine other types of weather to answer questions and use to complete their creative writing.
