Examples of celebrities: Betty White, Al Gore, Amanda Bynes, etc...
Type of Resource: Instructional Material, Differentiated Instruction, Media, Technology, Student Practice SPI 0701.8.1 CFU 0701.8.12 I would use this link in my classroom to teach elements of plot: exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution (denoument). You could use this with differentiated instruction on students that struggle with plot elements, or you could use this as an introduction/refresher to begin a unit on plot elements. After viewing the story, have students draw a large plot diagram and fill in the chart using whole class instruction. Students enjoy watching the stories being brought to life as the celebrities read them aloud.
