This is a good demonstration for illustrating the conservation of energy to students . The teacher however, will need to explain the process of conservation of energy during the video.
Great visual for students that actually shows the conservation of energy. Could be used as an introduction to set the stage before in depth discussion of the conservation of energy. Close ties to the GLE. Good for review or extention activity.
