Inverse Operations
This website allows the instructor to show how multplication and division are inverse operations. It has tabs that allow the user to enter answers in multiplication and division problems to show how the same number should go in both answer boxes, and then has them to check if the number is the same or not. The website is in powerpoint form.
The beginning of the lesson could be used by the teacher for whole group instruction to explain the concept of inverse operations. It then allows for individual practice, as the student then uses multiplication and division problems to create their own inverse operations, and then relates if the numbers are correlating.
