Comparing Fractions
This interactive website allows the user to create two fractions using different representations of concrete objects. It then shows the user a picture of both fractions. The student can then compare the fractions as equal to, less than, or greater than while using the visual.
This website is an excellent resource to use to teach the concept of comparing fractions as a whole group. Two concrete fractions are used to give the student a visual of how to compare and order fractions.
