BallPark Estimation Game
This is a link to a game. Students will first see instructions on how to play the game, as well as instructions on how to estimate. The game allows students to estimate three numbers and then add the numbers together. This resource can be timed.
This is a game to use for individual or group instruction to reference estimation skills. Students are asked to round three different numbers, and then add the numbers together. Feedback is given to show students at the beginning of the game the appropriate ways to estimate. This needs to be used after estimation and addition skills have been addressed in the classroom.
