Arrow Cards
Place value cards are used to represent numbers and vice-versa.
Use this for a quick formative assessment by having students record responses on paper either in a small group or large group. This also could be used on ipods for immediate response as well. This activity can be used in two different ways. The teacher can type the number and the student can choose the place value selections. Or the teacher chooses the place value selections and the student gives the number.
