Decomposers
This is a three minute video that includes a background essay, discussion questions, and a transcript. All of these have a print friendly option. The video looks at decomposers as "trash collectors" and recyclers. There is an interesting time lapse of fungi doing its job.
This video is only three minutes long and shows the role of decomposers as trash collectors and recyclers. It would be great to show in a whole group followed by the discussion questions. The teacher can print the background essay and the transcript to help guide the discussion.
