Waves
This site provides a visualization of different kinds of wave movement and vocabulary associated with waves. There are links that provide explanations to the parts of a wave.Teachers can use this site to engage and introduce students to the study of waves. The visualization illustrates the kinds of wave movements. There is opportunity to begin to build associated vocabulary.
