The Life Cycle of a Frog: From Tadpole to Frog
This is a lesson plan guide for teaching about metamorphosis. The teacher opens the lesson with showing the cover of theTadpole to Frog book asking the students to identify the animals and the stages. Students will then make a graphic organizer on the life cycle of a frog. The assessment is putting labels on the graphic organizer. The teacher makes the labels for the organizer. This lesson's focus is complete metamorphosis. Paired with the book Let's Learn About Insects, complete metamorphosis in both amphibians and insects is illustrated.
