Plop, Plop, Fizz Fast: The Effect of Temperature on Reaction Time
Students will discover how water temperature effects the rate at which Alka-Seltzer® reacts. Students will record the data on a table and can transfer the data to a line graph. There is an extension to this resource where they can take an Alka-Seltzeru00ae tablet and crush it to test whether surface area affects the rate of reaction.
