Science Spot- Genetics With a Smile
Within this website, you will find a lesson entitled Genetics With a Smile. There are 3 pdf's to download for this activity. The first is Genetics with a Smile Project, then Genetics with a Smile Wrapping It Up, and Genetic with a Smile Teacher's Page. During these activities, students learn how traits come from both parents while they are actually creating a unique baby with imaginary traits they are given. This is a lesson plan where students participate in an interactive activity creating their own imaginary baby. This activity requires teacher printed activity pages, 2 coins for each child, and crayons for coloring the babies.
