Great Source Write - Free Mini-lessons

Here you'll find mini-lessons for the different modes of writing. Each mini-lesson includes information about the form/mode and an invitation to students to incorporate what they've learned into a writing activity right away. PowerPoint mini-lessons that can also be printed, projected onto a screen, or copied onto transparency film for whole-class instruction. Basic PowerPoint format but easy to read with some color and clip art. Includes slides about narrative, expository, persuasive, responding to literature, and research writing.
