Common Factors
This website defines and gives background information on common factors and the greatest common factor. This resource defines what a common factor is and gives examples of how to find the common factors of two numbers. This resource will help students when they are adding or subtracting fractions with unlike denominators and have to find a common factor. This site can be used as a refresher for the teacher or parent.
