Nashville Public Library
Liz Atack oversees Bringing Books to Life, a literacy outreach program of the Nashville Public Library (NPL). Under her leadership, BBTL has won local and national awards and, in 2014, she was named the Toyota Family Teacher of the Year by the National Center for Families Learning. Before coming to NPL, Liz was a teacher and museum educator. She graduated from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio, and possesses a Master of Science degree in education from Bank Street College of Education in New York City.
