Sister Cecilia Anne Wanner, O.P., is a member of the Congregation of the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia. She is currently a doctoral student in mathematics education and a graduate assistant at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, where she teaches courses in the math department and in the college of education. Sister has experience teaching at the middle and high school levels. Her undergraduate degrees are from Jamestown University in North Dakota and from Aquinas College here in Nashville. She has an M.S. in Science and Mathematics Education from the University of Southern Mississippi and an M.A. in Thomistic Theology from the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC. Sister’s primary research interests focus on pre-service teacher education and formation.
