What if there were a program where schools partner with facilities to offer an iGen program where students spend a full school year (or other large amount of time) in a classroom experience at a senior living facility? Students would be working with and learning from the Elders. This would be a learning adventure and an opportunity for students who are seeking a new challenge. Students who like to learn in diverse settings, enjoy hands-on experiences and education beyond traditional classroom walls would benefit. Further, students will have more opportunities to work one-on-one with engaged adults.
