Currently, she is the Business Intelligence Coordinator for the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, Tennessee, where she coordinates the professional learning for creating a data-informed culture throughout the district. A highlight of her career was when she was a guest lecturer for the University of Cambridge, UK, Postdoc Masterclass, where she shared her expertise in using data for fostering collaborative conversations.
