See the power of innovative instructional and leadership practices demonstrated by classroom teachers and school/district leaders. Through the INVEST video library, engage in powerful learning that translates educational policy into classroom and school practices.
These professional learning resources demonstrate standards-aligned teaching practices, exemplary models of school leadership and best practices for teacher and administrator evaluation. The INVEST video library contains Tennessee Educator Acceleration Model (TEAM)-scored model lessons and leadership videos. Viewing guides are provided to make it easy to integrate these resources into teacher-preparation college courses or current-service professional learning sessions.
The INVEST video library was originally produced by the Ayers Institute for Learning & Innovation, an extension of Lipscomb University’s College of Education, in partnership with the Tennessee Higher Education Commission and with federal grant funding. New resources have been produced in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Education.
